Save our Afghans is a short, powerful piece which has the air of a doc rather than a charity promo. Thread Films got in touch asking if I would be interested in doing this project. Seeing the wave of Afghan refugees fleeing the country all over the news, I was keen to jump on board and help in any way I could.

It was cut over a period of a few days. I had another project on the go so this took up my mornings and evenings to get this done whilst the refugee crisis was still current. Working remotely and with director Mau Gris, who had a powerful vision right from the start, we worked at all sorts of funky hours of the day!

Working on Adobe Premiere Pro
